Job Title: Laboratory Network Marketing Agent
Location: Remote / Counties & Towns in Kenya
Position Type: 3-month Independent Contractor
About the employer
We are a technology-focused laboratory testing platform connecting users to providers. By providing users with an easy-to-use service to discover and order required laboratory tests from a laboratory near them. This serves two purposes – makes it easier for end users to discover the tests they need and makes laboratories more efficient.
About the role
We are seeking experienced healthcare or laboratory professionals to join our team as onboarding agents. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our network of partner laboratories in your designated region. As an independent contractor, it’s your responsibility to bring on board 2 to 5 top laboratories in your locality to the network.
Identify and Recruit Partner Laboratories:
- Leverage your healthcare or laboratory expertise and local network to identify and establish relationships with potential partner laboratories.
- Present the benefits of joining our network and guide them through the onboarding process.
Network and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory professionals, healthcare facilities, and related stakeholders in your region.
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences to expand your network.
- Stay informed about the local healthcare and laboratory industry landscape, competition, and emerging trends.
Provide Support and Guidance:
- Serve as the main point of contact for laboratories within your region, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
- Ensure that partner laboratories are aware of the resources and support available to them through our platform.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of laboratory interactions and progress within your region.
- Provide regular reports on your activities and achievements to the central management team.
- A healthcare or laboratory background is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare and laboratory industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as required.
As an independent contractor, your compensation will be based on a percentage of the business conducted by the laboratories under your management.
